Why rent from us?
Foxdog Properties was established to provide great rental properties, all of which are well maintained and safe. Your comfort and safety really matters to us, so we only work with the best landlords who are prepared to maintain their properties to a high standard.
Our landlords care about their tenants, and importantly for you, the properties they are renting to them. As the landlords representatives, it is our job to strive to ensure everything is in tip top condition, and functions as you’d expect. All of our landlords are seeking to provide longer term stable homes for you and your family.
Our landlords go significantly above and beyond what is the norm when considering maintenance budgets for their properties, and many of the properties we manage have had a significant spend on them before we even take our first tenant (often upwards of £25,000 on renovations), so it’s important to us that we find people for these properties who value living in well maintained homes, and who are willing to play their part in helping make sure these properties remain in good order.
To achieve this we need people who will treat the properties as if they are their own, are willing to commit to paying their rent on time, every time, and who we can build a trusting long term relationship with.
