Ever wonder why we’re called Foxdog?
Did you know, Foxdog Properties gets its name from our old dog Jake. Jake, who lived to be an incredible 19.5 years old looked just like a fox! So Steve was always known as the Foxdog-man by some of the local estate agents (they could never remember Steve’s name but EVERYONE remembered Jake when they met him!), and the name just stuck!
When we set up our business, we did so to improve the standard of rental properties in the area. We committed at the very beginning to make sure that all our rental houses were electrically safe, free of damp, had great decor and were supplied with quality fixtures and fittings.
We also had a vision that our houses would be made available long term, and so we strive to work with landlords who share this vision.
We believe that landlords who provide good quality, reasonably priced homes will attract good tenants, who will respect the property they rent, and will be keen to make the property their home.
